Workplace Campaign & Corporate Donations

Your company is probably already demonstrating a commitment to philanthropy. Your United Way can help take you to the next level and GIVE, ADVOCATE and VOLUNTEER in a coordinated manner that reflects a positive company culture.

WHY?

It builds a positive culture among employees, which attracts and retains talent in the workplace and improves engagement among staff. It also amplifies your collective impact on the community where your employees live and work.

HOW?

GIVE: Like more than 200 companies, you can run a workplace campaign, asking your employees to contribute to United Way of Volusia-Flagler Counties and help their neighbors in need. Not able to do an employee giving campaign? Consider mini-fundraisers within your company--we have lots of fun, easy ideas! Or, maybe a corporate donation is the way to go. 

ADVOCATE:  One out of three people have been touched by a United Way funded agency at some point in their life. We need story-tellers, game-changers, hand-raisers, and problem-solvers. We need change-agents like you.

VOLUNTEER:  Employees can volunteer on their own or your company can participate in a project together for greater community impact and as a team building exercise. Whether it's with United Way or another local nonprofit (we work with over 100 of them!), our Engagement Coordinator will set up all the project details. 

Annual, one-time or year-round, in-person, virtual or hybrid, the Resource Development Team can help you start a campaign or strengthen your current campaign.
